Hi all , been a while, but I wanted to pop in and share something for anyone looking for a way to get fruits and veggies in your little ones, especially those picky eaters ;)) my son is 9 and on the autistic spectrum and eats very little, and I've discovered this great resource! As a nurse I've found the double blind studies a great indication of what it can do for all my children! Have any of you heard of it? Used it? I'd love to hear more testimonies! I'm currently a distributor, if anyone would like more info my web page is

    https://www.juiceplus.com/nsa/content/Home.soa?site=hw69051

You can even place orders directly there, which I love! If you have any questions or would like to visit more, just pm me!

Interesting website. I agree about getting fruits and vegies into our children ( and our bodies, too. ) We own 2 Champion Juicers. This winter we did some juicing with some friends. 4 of us juiced 50 lbs. of carrots, 40 lbs. of apples, celery, beets, and garlic. We had two recipes that we followed. It was a 4 hour venture with dinner and a game of cards inbetween recipes. The juice was put into quart jars and frozen, and split between the two households. I will tell you all that my household faired pretty good during cold and flu season Our stash was gone within 6 weeks. The little ones would plug their noses as the downed 3 oz of the juice. I told them it was their flu shot... :)

If this vegie program works for you and yours, that is great! There is much benefit to our bodies from all the vitamins, minerals, etc. from these types of food! :)

We make smoothies on a regular basis and they're awesome !! When I was looking for some recipes, I saw one that has vegetables in it for those who can't otherwise get someone to eat them... appearently you can't taste the vegetables once mixed in (though, I haven't tried it and doubt that I'm about to start).

http://www.smoothieweb.com/ You will find every imaginable recipe here... enjoy
