My son, the budding meteorologist has to check the weather--constantly. We just canceled the satellite, so he's been relying on the internet more than usual. He has zip codes memorized from all over the place, so he can check the weather in other areas. He even checks the weather for places like Iceland and such. Don't ask my why, he just is compelled to do this. Anyway, he usually leaves our local weather up on the computer when he's done. I sat down this morning to see about 5 days of snow forecasted and went into shock. Then I scrolled up to see it was a 10 day forecast for Barrow, Alaska. :roll: Thanks, dear son, for another gray hair. :lol:
That would freak me out. I'm not ready for winter yet! On a totally unrelated note it made me think of friends of mine who are headed to St. Lawrence Island to be missionaries. BRRRRRRRRRR
Lol !! When I first saw the thread title, my initial thought was "If your son hates you, you're doing something right". Now that I've read the post I can't help but chuckle
LOL ha....... we only have the weather channel set for my dad's location, my mom's location, my aunt's location and here........ we used to have England too but it got to be too many..... that's great your son loves that stuff, my son does too.
