Once your hair dries, you will no longer smell the vinegar. It is the same as using vinegar to kill odors in your carpet, once it dries, the vinegar smell is gone. The only time I have smelled vinegar is when I forgot to rinse my hair. You have to rinse it well. :D

If you add a couple drops of essential oil, your hair will smell like the oil fragrance when it dries. I get a lot of compliments on the coconut and rose fragrance oils, and the lavender essential oil.

If I washed with glycerin soap, I am quite sure my hair would squeak when I combed it. After a week, It would just break into bit like angle hair pasta.

    LOL.

I guess there are many hair types and many scalp types. My hair is straight. STRAIGHT.

YOu can put industrial strength hair spray, gel and use the hottest curling devices known to man, with primers, without, with any combination of stuff. Within 20 mins after wards, it will begin straightening out.

The only way I could get a victory roll is to polyurethane them into place around pvc pipes and I am not sure about that .

vantage, my mom has hair like that. It is very straight, and fine. Unless she puts a ton of gel in her hair, it will not hold a curl.

Hair and scalp types are definitely different. I have tried washing with castile soap, and it makes my hair feel aweful. Yet, I have a couple friends who use castile soap and they have GORGEOUS hair. :D Every person's chemistry is different, for sure. :D

I am super curly and can be frizzy without the right moisturize in my hair. Once a month I use coconut cream in my hair and leave it on for at least 45 minutes before washing and shampooing. It is amazing for getting my hair smooth and straight if I want to straighten it. It can be hard to find, though. I get it at my local food co-op.

I have also stopped towel drying my hair. The towel adds friction that causes frizzing.

Yep...I co-wash often because shampoo strips and dries out my hair. In fact, I've stopped using almost all shampoos and use Dr. Bronner's lavender liquid castille soap instead.

You ladies are the best. I have tried all sorts of Frizz free products and they never work. So many alternative suggestions here! Thank you!
