I am asking for a prayer request. To us this is big, my husband has worked for the same company for over 20 years and in that time he has always worked swing shift. Which means every seven days his schedule changes, including weekends. He has a opportunity to go on days, but they want to cut his pay 28%. Ouch..... We can hardly make ends meet now, so that would keep him from taking the job. My husband idea is if they combine the raise they were going to give him to take the position plus the raise he is due in April we will only loose 2% of his income. Which isn't so bad. Therefore, he wouldn't take a raise in April. So my request is, he has a meeting today with the plant manager at 1:30 to give him his pitch. Please pray for God's divine favor. It would be so nice to have a "normal" life.

Okay, he had his meeting, boss said he liked his pitch but they must go through the interview process. So, please keep praying.
Am just now seeing this! Praying he finds favor with those making the decision. Dad worked a swing shift; I know it's not the easiest thing to do, especially with your sleep patterns changing every week.
