Make a decision to forgive them and ask God to help me if its a really bad thing they did to me. Then I begin praying for God to help, bless or fix that person and me too, cause usually the damage done to my trust area of my heart is the biggest wound. (Thats one reason God gave me a seminar on Trust! And a bible studyon it too!) OOPS just noticed I am off on the list, checking on where I should be.... My bible, Family( or if thats too big of a group for one thing A beach chair) , and a Sataline Phone so I could go home when I was ready to!
