Has anyone had this in early pregnancy?
(we are TTC#3!! and I'm currently in the TWW)

Last night I had HORRIBLE RLS. The only times I remember having RLS is when I've been pregnant. I don't remember how early it started. I do remember that with my second it started earlier than my first.

(early meaning before taking a test)
    I'm 9dpo

Make sure you get plenlty of water. I've heard that RLS can be a result of that, but have nothing to back it up. Also, my understanding is that it MIGHT be ONE of the causes! However, since you should be getting plenty of water anyway, it's something to concentrate on.

The only time I had RLS was during pregnancy, but it wasn't early.

I'd also guess that being a candidate for a condition would be exacerbated by pregnancy. So it may be that your lifestyle makes you predispositioned for RLS, but you only cross that threshold with the extra bodily stress of pregnancy.

    Time will tell. ;)

I drink 60+oz of water a day and take prenatal vitamins, so I don't know what I would be deficient in. But I can up my water intake.

I'm an impatient person and wish I could know right now! lol

Well, I did some looking on the Web because I was curious. I guess it's not uncommon during pregnancy, but there doesn't seem much to do about it. I did read consistently not to sit down and watch TV or read in bed before going to sleep; that tends to make it worse. It says the OB/midwife might be able to give stretching excercises that will help. I also read that it often gets worse towrard the end (as if you want to hear that :(!)

I got a positive with an early response test at what would have been maybe 9 DPO with this pregnancy. It's hard to find out so early though because I feel like I've already been pregnant forever and I'm only 11wks, No idea on the RLS though. I tend to get more charlie horses in pregnancy and generally adding a cal mag supplement helps with that.

I already tested and it was BFN. BUT I have a long LP. I don't start until the 21st! I have one test. I'm hoping to save it until AF hasn't shown up!

There is a product called theragesic, its smell is very minty and (I like it) its in a tube that comes in a box, blue and yellow mostly. Probably like Wal-Mart in the pharmacy area (but over the counter)..

I have a funny story about this stuff too...... my dad is southern born but has lived in Chicago area...... so his accent is very (off) and I could not for the life of me understand what he was saying........ honestly I though he was calling it HALLALUA JESUS...... I had him repeat himself, I had him tell my husband ........ we both heard "halalua Jesus....... one day my husband was at the grocery store and called me and told me he found "IT"........ he found Hallau Jesus.... Theragesic.
