Some of you have probably already heard about this but if not, it really deserve repeating and mentioning. This was a case in California, but Gerber is everywhere. Way to scary!!!! The man was ready to feed his child when he saw a NOTE in the food stating that it was laced with poison. After being test the poison was confirmed.
