I can't believe this snow, it won't quit!!! It started again with ice, then snow. Dh has been out since 4:00 am and they are calling for snow all day long. It is to continue until Sunday morning. On and off, of course. We have 5 inches already and it it coming down hard. I just want it to stop and have warm weather with sun!!! Fire up the pink jet, Kris, I'm coming down
Yep, we are right in the middle of where they predicted the highest snowfall....and it's moving weekend. Cancel the U-Haul now =)
Poor Don!!! He can't retire soon enough!!! Rachael has a big AWANA thing in Columbus tonight and tomorrow. She's hoping it won't be cancelled.
no snow here. The jet is fired up and I am coming its 80's here again today and lots of sun once the fog goes away..
Kris, I think you need to get rid of the Christmas tree on your profile picture. That's why the snow is still around Yes, Jackie, Don is ready to retire, I guess the snow is going to stick around until he does. Not a good weekend to move, cancel the moving van!!!
Yes, Kris, if it is your fault the snow is still around, PLEASE, change your profile picture. We have already gotten 6" in 2hrs.
You must be the other Ohio Mom, sorry to jack the name. I had no idea! LOL Anyway, I'm in Ohio too and there's no way I'm leaving the house todaY! My husband drives a semi all the way to Cleveland and back. At the moment, i'm waiting for him to return my call. Since he made it out this morning & my brother in law lives down the road as well, we both have lists of stuff we need. Currently....I REALLY need a few rolls of toilet paper! LOL We're down to one and in this family, that lasts all of an hour!
I just had to add that as the kids are playing outside, they were commenting that they wish they could go swimming right now, it is so sunny and warm. Oh, here's a ridiculous one, the ps kids get 2 days off for "rodeo days", but they did not get President's Day off. Hmm, still perplexed by that one.
Oh, and my father-in-law came down from northern AZ where it does snow. I had him bring an ice chest of it, and the neighborhood kids came a running like ants to a picnic. The ice chest lasted about 5 minutes before all of the snow was used up for snowballs. Funny how the stuff so many people are sick of is seen as a special item to others.
My dd keeps asking when it is going to be warm enough to swim. She said she wishes it would only snow on Christmas. Wouldn't that be nice? I bet the kids had a great time with the snow.
