What do you like to do?

I like walks outside and yoga. In the winter, when we are stuck inside mostly, I like Leslie Sansone dvd's and again yoga.

Anything else do any kind of exercise they really enjoy?
    :)

Maybe I am just itchin to get outside. I couldn't even finish my 2 mile walk with Leslie. I had to lay down and take a nap half way through!

My kids finished though! What troopers!!!

I love Leslie Sansone, although she's a little chatty. I just did the four-mile Walk Slim this afternoon. I love being able to do four miles in 47 minutes! Makes me feel like I'm getting something accomplished. I do prefer walking outside and wish I had a treadmill. Sometimes I actually use DH's laptop and watch regular t.v. while I'm walking.

Amy's comment was what popped in my head! I haven't been able to get out and do much of any excercise and was shocked when I got on the scale the other day and found I'm 10 lb less than what I thought. I guess lifting and keeping up with my dgds is good excercise!

cAN'T AFFORD THE GAS MONEY AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOR cURVES ANYMORE, BUT i REALLY LIKED THAT! (oops, sorry---I accidentally hit the caps lock)

My favorite now is the treadmill. We got this one when my 14yo was very little, and it's still going strong!

I have a Richard Simmons half-hour walking tape that is HYSTERICAL! Though I don't have anywhere I can walk. I really don't feel safe walking in my neighborhood with a tape on and not being aware of what's going on around me.

I need to be more consistent, but I love my treadmill! It's much easier with my Ipod so I like that. I used to hate yoga, but it's getting easier and I am now almost loving that!

I use my Gazelle. We also take a walk through the back of the yard, over to the park, when the weather permits. This past week, we have taken a walk almost everyday. I will not walk on my street.

I walk - to the refrigerator (for a Pepsi), to the snack cupboard (for chocolate), to the mailbox (right outside my front door, I don't even have to step outside:)), up the steps to bed and to the couch to read or watch tv. Does this count as exercise??? LOL

I'm trying to get back into jogging- I'm very slow, but if I do it several times a week I feel fantastic. I've been trying to do more yoga and pilates at home- the gym just isn't working for me right now and I really miss those classes! I also enjoy lots of outdoorsy stuff- this time of year I enjoy snowboarding, but I also like mountain biking, long hikes, and rock climbing.

    In the winter - skating!

In the summer, fall, spring - walking outdoors.

My surgeon told me to do more than just walk but it is hard with Babyboy here. I love to walk but he slows us down so much and he won't ride in the stroller any more. I used my daughter's eliptical machine a time or two and need to do that more. She has it in their living room and they live across the street from us. I am down 74 pounds now and really feel better. I am off all my blood pressure medicine now too.

I try to either walk 4 miles, or jog 3, almost every day, weather-permitting. I absolutely HATE a treadmill and would rather be outside. I also like taking hikes with the kids.
