What are some funny, sarcastic, blatant, goofy, or otherwise odd statements about parenting and homeschool that you'd like to wear, but never would? :p

I actually own one that is tucked into the back of a drawer somewhere. It's bright red and in black letters says, "How may I ignore you today?" It has a long backstory from my days in working in banking and secretarial jobs.... I keep it for the sarcasm. :)

But I don't ever wear it....

I like the one that says, "I looked at Public School and that's why I homeschool." But I would never wear it.

"I Homeschool because there are better things to learn than sit down and shut up."

"I homeschool because I've seen the village and I don't want it raising my child!" (I really like this one but it's a bit antagonistic for my personality.)

"Homeschool because it's easier than getting them ready for the bus."

"Public school?" Aren't you worried about socialization?"

    "Warning: Unsocialized Homeschooler"

"I go to school in my pajamas."

I find these at least somewhat amusing but would never wear them or let my kids wear them.

I would wear shirts like that....a lot. :D

My kids had onsies that said things like

    Powered by Mama's Milk
    Jesus was breastfed

I'd totally wear homeschooling tshirts that said things like mentioned above.

:embarrassed: I didn't realize this was already posted above.

I had a onsie for Micah that said, "My Mommy is Boobylicious."

    There aren't many things I wouldn't wear.

This one, I wouldn't wear: DH used to manage a gaming store. The work shirts sported the motto, "We put the F U in fun."

I once saw a picture of mom wearing a t shirt that said supply and a baby wearing a t shirt that said demand.

I'd never wear anything like that!

    "I homeschool, what's your superpower?"

"If you find me talking to myself, don't worry. I'm a homeschooler, I'm just having a parent/teacher conference"

"No, I'm not concerned with socialization."

"Sorry you don't think you could be with your kids all day. I can't imagine being without them all day".

    Rats.....lost my post.

    Anyway, good ones ladies!

How about "You think my kids are weird? Thanks! I was worried they'd end up normal."

Grades are for meat, not children.

I think I would like one that says, "The First Rule Of Education Should Be:
    "Do No Harm."

Jake wears an "Unsocialized Homeschooler" shirt all the time. I don't even think he pays attention to what's on it anymore ;) however if anyone was to MEET him - he's SO not an introvert of any kind...

Our homeschool group's first official T-shirt that we would wear on field trips actually said "Warning Unsocialized Homeschooler" on the back. Our new ones have a pic of a mad scientist on the back that says "Our Mascot can Genetically Mutate Your Mascot". I almost bought one that said "SHHH, you're in our classroom" with a picture of the whole world.

I told Carl that; he says as long as your dh doesn't wear one that says "My wife...." :p

Faythe bought Phillip one for Christmas that says, "Zombies are afraid of homeschoolers!"
