Some friends of ours at church were telling us the story of Tim Tebow today. What an incredible story - I had teary eyes just listening. I am so pleased that this young man is such a positiive role model for everyone - and especially homeschoolers. Evidently there was a great interview with him on ESPN, so his message is far-reaching. He is the son of missionaries - his mother had an infection while pregnant with him and their doctors recommended abortion - but his parents refused. He was homeschooled all the way up through high school. He said that his priorities are: God, his family, academics and football. The interview said that with the passion he puts into football, he can only imagine his passion for his first three priorities. I am going to check to see is there is a copy of the video interview on ESPN's website.
