Amie, those are fantastic! What a neat use for an old Bible that would otherwise be sitting unused on a shelf or even tossed in the trash. I do not see anything wrong with using an old, or new Bible, for a craft. The holy Word is living and not contained in a book. The Bible shares the message. It is the message of God that is holy, not the ink and paper. The message in the Bible is a sword; it's a guide in the lives of Christians and a message of hope for the lost. BUT! The Word is living, and it is eternal. The Word is beyond the pages of the Bible.
