Just got this info from the Home Educator's of VA weekly update. Extreme Makeover Home Edition Rebuilds House for Virginia Homeschool Family The Lucas family, a homeschool family located in South Central Virginia, recently had their house rebuilt by the ABC Extreme Makeover Home Edition show. Much of the volunteer work and cheering crowd was also made up of homeschoolers. It is exciting to see a homeschool family in Virginia, whose father is serving our country, receive this blessing. We would also like to express our thanks to the Lucas family's local support group for nominating them. OH cool! I want them to do my sister's house, I even have the letter to send off! I can't wait to watch this one though will see what they do with home school!
wow that is neat. We got to meet Frank from TLC last week end he work with Tyand Paige and he had some good jokes about them. I would post picture but they say they are to big I don't know how to make them smaller.
That is my family's favorite show. Every Sunday the kids and I are sitting in front of the tv. I'm not sure i've ever watched an episode that I wasn't in tears. What they do for families is unbelievable. They did an episode awhile back where the family hs. They made an awesome room just for hs with laptops for each child. It was so cool.
