my box is out too. I am so glad everyone is having so much fun with this. It's so exciting to hear all the good news. Don't post till Feb. 12 even if you get before then.
I've decided my little one is a keeper after she came to let me know she had a dirty diaper and gave me a big kiss. Lately if she is in trouble she makes sure she plants a big one on ya! Hopefully I'll be finishing up my box tonight. Joyce has made better progress than me! I plan on a trip to town tomorrow so I need to make sure it is ready.
I didn't get my box out today, it will go out tomorrow. I have a few more things to do tonight. Can't wait to get mine out.
Mine will still probably go out Thrusday! I just can't it one before then....and actually, Thursday is pushing it...but I am really going to try and get it out by then! I am having so much with this, too, though. I love doing things like this for people!
I think I am hitting the so called terrible 2's and 3's. What happened to my angles at 1 and 2? They go for the exact same thing almost all the time. getting GRRR with them on that. Right now Daddy is putting them to bed while I pick up the house and redo my plan of the day. I have the V-box to go out, 2 baby outfits (a cousin just had a boy today), a box full of art to go to the Grandparents. IT's quiet now, they are getting their rest so they can go at it again.:roll:
My oldest hit the "terrible twos" at 11 mo.! My mom and I are getting a kick out of the fact that my 4 yr old neice and 1 yr old dgd are doing alot of the same things. Chewing on things (sometimes us), whiny and hittting is several of the things. I've been trying to get our box finished up and she wants to grab things or try to get my attention. I'm supposed to know what me,me,me means!
Leslie, Mine is the same---I'm pushing to get it out on Thursday! I hope I can finish it up by then, I got a few things today for it, so it's begun at least!
Jennifer, My adorable 17 month old that I call Babyboy, is showing signs of the terrible twos. He looked me dead in the eyes today and threw his food straight at me. His mother says if he throws food he has to get down right then. He didn't care a bit. I couldn't believe my sweet baby was turning into such a boy!!!
Beth, this little one here will stand here, sigh, and say "MAAAN!". My dd couldn't figure out where that one came from until she saw Joyce do it.
I bought the last thing I needed earlier today. The kids need to make cards, and we'll be done. DH is home today...almost all schools are shut down, thanks to snow that hit last evening!...and now has the kids at a movie. H'es been "complaining" about needing stamps, so perhaps we can all go out to the post office today!
I'll be sending mine out tomorrow- I just got back from a trip, so I'm scrambling a bit! the 2-day is really not a bad deal!
I had no idea that 2 day was not that much more, I just used a flat rate box and that is about a 3 day thing.
Mine has to go out Friday, since my daughter's got stitches. Going to have to send Priority, I would imagine. Kids are working on Valentines to put inside, and such. I'm working on my end! LOL Can't wait to get it out
Krista, don't worry about sending it priority! I think whoever's name you have will understand if it's a day or two late! Hope your little one is doing better.
