Here is a link to the article stating that Saxon math is going to be taken over by Harcourt. I was wondering if anyone has heard if it will be kept the same or not. I was planning on purchasing this for next year and I was wondering if I should do it now or wait. Decisions...

(Once I had a purfume I really liked called Trouble. It was taken over by another company, they ended up keeping the name the same but changing the ingredients. It was horrible at the time, I really liked that purfume;) Anyway, I have since found others I liked:D )

    Goodness!

    Hi, Nellie!

Don't know if they'll keep it the same or not; I hope so! But rest assured that there are LOTS of the "old" books out there that will keep popping up on used curriculum boards! So I wouldn't be too concerned about it. It's so much cheaper to buy the books used. I can usually get a Saxon HS kit for about $25. I've seen it as low as $10, and as high as $50.

    Ladies,
Does anyone have the new Saxon 5/4? I'm curious about the new soft cover and format vs. the last edition.
    Tammy:D  :p
