My niece's ex has found out her new number and texting her... just being a pill. Well he is not to have any contact with her, judges orders. Come to find out he is getting his info for facebook. she has blocked him from it, but he is getting on from a mutural friend. He knows everything that has been going on with her... called wanted her kids info (they are not his kids). He knows that she and the boys were with us for a week and not...

She called the police and had to file another report against him.
She also called a minister who is sits under, and asked him to call her, she just wanted to see if he could talk to her ex to stop try and stop all this junk.
Do you think that usiing another persons fb page to keep tabs on u is stalking?

Now He has started to harrass all of us.... I can care less if he tries something with hubby and us or not... My hubby will take care of the problem right away, just like he did with him a few months back.

Oh, she had her baby boy on the 4th of May... he is so cute, but she had trouble so came her to recoop.

would u consider this stuff kind of stalking....

    pray for us please.

He told her mom yesterday that he was going to file charges against my niece for slander.... I think he wants to scare her...
  sorry thats me laughing... I just find this all so funny... he takes the cake.

Is this stalking? ABSOLUTELY !! And I'd report it as often as I had to in order for someone to do something about it and not give up until they resolve it

And UNFRIEND the "mutual friend" who is so twisted to be feeding him the information!!!!!

Yes, it abslutely is stalking. She should file a police report, as Brenda said, as often as she has to.

Yes. Yes it is. Praying for all involved! I would shut down my FB account for a while, too.

Yes. I'd unfriend that person so quick!!! And yes, it IS stalking. You said there's a court order against him. There's no logical reason why he "needs" to know all that stuff.

Thanks ladies. We have advised her to defriend all mutual friends. She has a no contact order from the judge already, so now we are told that she needs to get a transcript of the court case so she can proceed with getting it stoped.

I have another niece who is a police offer helping us. She said that they can arrest him and he will have to go infront of the judge again, and she can ask for another no contact order. If he breaks that one, than he can be jailed. Also she was told that she needed to copy all her text from him and her mom's to keep and show proof.

My husband told my niece that he will take her to the courthouse if she needed a ride to get it taken care of.

    Ha! Won't he be surprised!

She might want to avoid Facebook completely. My friend was threatened a few years ago by an old boyfriend. He told her if she ever had kids he would find them and kill them. She won't allow any pictures of her child online. He broke into her home right after she broke up with him and tried to kill her. Thankfully she and a girlfriend who lived there too were able to get away.

    Wow Beth that is horrible!
She just called and said that a police offer had just call her and all she needs to do is come down so they can get the text messages for her and her mom's phone and then they can get an arrest warrant out for him.

My husband will take her down there tomorrow since he has the day off.

She also might want to check her FB settings.

I have mine on high privacy b/c I don't want DH's family getting pictures of our kids. (I have my comments are for "friends" only and pictures are too.)

    That might help.

But it is stalking and she may need to stay away from FB for a while.

Yes, that is stalking. I hate to say this but facebook is not her friend right now. I stopped using facebook when I realized how easy it is for people to get scammed or ripped off. My kids are forbidden to use any social networking sites. They may only use the internet for school. It's so dangerous nowadays to get online, especially people who are easy to trust others. I'm sorry this is going on with her, but as long as he tries to keep contact with her, she should continue to report him to the police. This is dangerous behavior.

I really hate that people feel entitled enough to go past boundaries. NO means NO! I hope nothing bad (worse) happens! That "friend" of hers should be ashamed of themselves! =(
