Good for you! You are so organized! I slightly jealous. I enjoy flying by the seat of my pants a little too much to go this far! But still jealous!

Another great place for a dry erase board is next to your chest freezer. I keep an inventory of what meat I have in the freezer, so when chicken or ground beef goes on sale, I know I have exactly how many I need and how much I should buy before it goes on sale again.

What are the silver circles on each whiteboard? Could you post colored circles at the end of each day to indicate how well each child did? (Green for great, yellow for OK, red for not finished.) For example, you could arrange three circles vertically, like a traffic signal, with the red, yellow, or green circle in its appropriate place - the other two being silver.

They're magnets that come with the board. They come in handy

Yeah, they are magnets, but I love your idea Steve!

I can be! This is an attempt to hold me more accountable, too!

If only I had a chest freezer!! I'd love one, but it's not in our budget!

the cap on the pen also has a magnet on it so it will stick to the board-sometimes the thing on top gets broken and then you don't know where to put the marker- got min at Walmart
