A corrective application

Pardon me if this is not the appropriate category to post. I only want to ask about a corrective action application. Has anybody here encountered or learned about it? I was advised that I need it for our company to help in any types of issues like a root cause analysis actions.

Hello. Thanks for your input.
I already went to a consultant last Friday and was able to get a recommendation for a corrective action software. I haven't contacted their customer support yet though.
