Rachael got an internship for the summer!!! First of all, I discovered this last night when I got on FB. She put it there; she did NOT call and tell her mother :evil: 
!!! So we called her. Her dad talked to her on the speaker phone, so I didn't get as much of the details as I'd like. But I guess two of her profs sent a message/recommendation to a third prof (that she doesn't have) basically saying that you REALLY WANT this girl! It pays $600/week, is on campus (which means very close to where she's living), and they not only will let her off a few days in the very beginning (she's flying to GA where her sweetie is in school, going to her sweetie's roommate's wedding, and then driving home with sweetie), but also said she could have a week off the beginning of August to go to camp!!! She's very much excited!
