Hi! I'm Prairie Home, and we've "changed our methods" of homeschooling with every child. One was active and learned spelling while jumping on a mini trampoline. One loved books and could sit for hours doing the repitition in ACE paces. One had challenges with reading and listened to tapes and followed a vocational track which led into an antique car business by age 15. One always needed an challenge and therefore enjoyed working a session for a state senator when she was Sophomore in highschool.
Don't be afraid of the highschool years, if you have cooperative children. They CAN be the best! (They'll be the worst, if the kids don't want to be there, though.) Attitude will make the difference. The materials and resources are there in abuandance for you to be successful, so don't let academics intimidate you.
