Here is my marinade (ingredients only use common sense for amounts for your liking)
garlic
(dehydrated) onion flakes
cumin
oregano
garlic powder
chili powder
2 cans diced green chilies--- if you want just slice up some peppers
salt & pepper
white vinegar
lime juice (2 limes worth)
olive oil
In a medium bowl stir all ingredients and pour over meat (I used a glass 9X13 pan and covered with double layer of plastic wrap--- double so my refrigerator didn't smell like garlic). ---- or use a ziplock bag. marinate over night, Put everything in crockpot next day and shred meat. Serve for tacos or use meat for enchiladas.

1 bunch cilantro
1/2 onion
lime juice
Dice jalepeno and cilantro and onion stir with lime juice.
