I am a bit late but I would love to join too! I am currently at 178.6 and my goal is to lose 50 pounds. My weekly goals are to drink 64 oz of water a day, exercise for at least 30 minutes 6X a week, and the hardest on for me... cut sugar out of my diet. I am a sugaraholic so that one will be HARD. I don't drink soda, it's the candy, ice cream, and other treats. I guess if I stop buying it, it won't be in the house. So really it's my fault! 
I started exercising 2 days ago and it feels so good! However, I did an upper body workout yesterday and my arms, pecs, and shoulders hurt so bad this morning that I am having trouble typing. I guess I overdid myself.
My exercise routines include walking and strength training. If it's too cold outside or weather is bad I will do the Just Dance workouts instead of walking.
