Granted, now you can sit by the fireplace with a mug of hot chocolate and be all toasty warm!

No...but you can have it...I don't really want it back ;).

Granted....is there a downside to that request???? Uh,, granted....but you will have trouble convincing landowners to let you use their property for a non-profit.

Graanted but then It turned into stone and you had trouble hanging pictures on the wall so you had to re invent cave painting.
