G.K. Chesterton All time favorite author is G. K. Chesterton with C. S. Lewis a close second. Chesterton's most famous work is Orthodoxy subtitled "The Romance of Faith". My favorite authors are Wilkie Collins, Charles Dickens, Charlotte Bronte, Jane Austen, Willa Cather, Henry James... Basically, I love classics. I also like Ted Dekker, Frank Perreti, and Richard Paul Evans. There are many great books I have read but I can't think of all the authors.
