Starting this sunday Staples will have their 1cent sale on: pencils (8 pack limit 3) pocket folders (limit 10) pencil boxes (limit 3) personal pencil sharpeners (limit 3) pentel pens are $3.49 with a rebate offer of $3.98 don't forget to also use your educator card! I also heard that Target is loading up their dollar spot with teacher stuff!
Wal-Mart has out their school stuff now, too. Crayola crayons 5/$1, glue and glue sticks 5/$1, notebook paper 30 cents, crayola markers 88 cents. I went to have my oil changed and tires rotated and came back with $20 worth of school supllies! No Staples here, so I can't get those great deals.
Staples is a little out of our way here but if I remember I'll try to go to Wal-mart, its the crayons and markers I need, but I also need pencils and sharpeners. And glue sticks are great, until they dry out!! Keep us all informed on the good deals you get and where!
I was just coming in to share that while we waited for the car people to take a 4 inch bolt out of my rear tire... ds9 and I walked a mile to stapels and found out about that sale! And yes I said a 4 inch bolt was in my tire! Hey our steps are ordered of the Lord, if I had not gone in to see that I may not have come to this thread! YIPPEEEEE!

Thanks for posting this! We're in need of new pencils and a pencil box. Tired of the pencil cup hehe. Glad to hear Walmart has their school stuff out too. Dd wants the smaller box of crayons like my friend had for her afterschool program.

I wonder who carries pencils without feet? Mine always seem to walk away. A little OT but what do stores generally take as teacher ID? My dh doesn't get paid in the summer and so I've generally not been able to participate in these super deals. . .but this year I'm ready to stock up. I have my letter of intent, an IHIP and my teacher ID card from HSLDA.
I have all the other cards and a business card discount , I dont have my staples teacher card yet but I have the other store ones that show I am a teacher so I should get mine tomorrow too! re footless pencils? my are fancy free too! they run around on their own because no one ever 'took them' and no one ever ' broke them' and no one ever empties the full electric sharpener either so I guess that Noone person must be sharpening them to bits! hahah! I need to go through stuff this week while my friend from Burney is here, she will be homeschooling next year too she thinks so she will need some of what I have, that are for younger kids and then I can have room for ... More stuff! WEEE!
Gosh noone must have been a popular name over the last decade bc he lives here too. Noone is responsible for cleaning the kids rooms. Noone also throws dirty dishes in the sink instead of the dishwasher. And my personal favorite is that noone is constantly starting fights. As in, 'I didn't do it'. . .well then who did?. . .'noone' :lol: :lol: :lol:
