We do a 4 day week, I just scheduled an extra class each day during the 4 days. They'd have to do two classes each day on one of the subjects. I also skip some things that I feel were not necessary in some of the subjects. It was extra work during the 4 days but it was well worth knowing we had 3 days off afterwards!!
This year we are working five days a week; for the most part. In the past we worked four days a week and Friday was our lazy day. We covered a little extra each day and moved the work over to cover for Friday.
LOL, we do 6 days a week and just much shorter days, the shorter days seem to work best with my sons ADHD. I let him pick if he wanted to do school work on Saturday or Sunday, and he wanted to do Sunday (could not miss Saturday cartoons). We are not Christian (no church) so it works for us.
We school 4 days at home and then have co-op for 2 hours on Tuesdays. So technically, we do 5 days per week but our core subjects have to worked into a 4 day per week schedule. Not much gets done before co-op and NOTHING gets done after it....I'm on the steering committee so I'm exhausted afterwards  Rhonda C.
