    Hi,
I am looking for an interesting book that we can use to start a family book club. The idea is we'll all read a book (aloud to my younger ones, older ones will read to themselves) then we'll go over it. I would like it to be more of a mini unit study, where we could do several projects, activities, discussions ect. The problem is I have so many ages to reach and I am having trouble finding a book that I think everyone will enjoy...(boys) a mature 10, very mature 8, then a very immature 7and girl, 5.
I am thinking maybe Abel's Island - any suggestions? Also, it'd be great if I could get activity ideas & topics for discussions online or at a teacher store. We have never done a unit study or our own book club! Thanks for any help.
    :love:E
