I placed my order yesterday morning and paid via paypal. I have not received an order confirmation or any correspondence from them. The payment has already posted to my account. I am beginning to get a little nervous. Every time I have ordered something off the internet I always get some kind of email confirming my order. I was just wondering if anyone who has ordered from them had the same experience, or if I should contact them. Thanks
I don't remember when I ordered if I got a confirmation or not, but I know like the next day or so, I got an email with my delivery date on it.. I think I ordered like Thursday or Friday and got it Monday or Tuesday. I know he was pretty quick. If you are worried, you can email Brian (the author) from the site, he is very very nice and will get back to you really quickly.
I got an e-mail from paypal with a receipt on it, and then a few days later I got an e-mail from McRuffy saying they were shipping my order. It arrived quickly and we've been really happy with it.
Yes, every time I order from them I get my paypal receipt then a few days later they send the shipping info with a tracking number. The package always shows up really fast.
