I'm trying to review the math options at ALECKS.com. I've signed up for the free preview, but I'm not seeing where there is any instruction...just review questions. I like that it is "smart" in that it adapts the questions to focus on weak areas, but eventually, there has to be some instructions...not just questions. Does anyone use this?

It's for my daughter. She needs either Trig or PreCalc. I have Life of Fred for her to use, but she HATES Fred. I LOVE Fred, but for her, the story gets in the way. She just wants to get to the math instruction and get done. I don't think her approach leads to as deep an understanding as she could get with Fred, but floating cows, bus hijackers, talking lambs and the adventures a 5 year old Math Professor just don't interest her.

Anyway, ALECKS has something called 360 which I think is a full math curriculum, but I can't seem to get to it to review it. If you've used it, I'd love to hear a review.

    Thanks!
