Always look a (public school) gift horse in the mouth

I actually heard about this, so it is national news, but I agree that it's odd that the news reporters aren't all over this.

I'm absolutely horrified. HORRIFIED.


I used to think schools existed solely to educate our children. Recently, a teacher friend and a number of articles disabused me of that notion- in fact, school is there to teach children 'social rules', with education being secondary.

Now, apparently, schools are turning into something else altogether.

Just.... horrifying.
