Oxford University Press' The World in Ancient Times set (the whole set!!!), which normally goes for over $200 is now marked down to $35! It's the same deal on the Oxford University Press site so they must be clearing them out. I own the Medieval and Early Modern World set (bought it on sale as well though not nearly as good a sale) from the same series and it's amazing. Great writing geared to a middle schooler with a volume of primary sources as well. It's one of the best history resources I own and I've been hoping for a similar sale on the Ancient World set. Even if you don't want to use the series as a spine it's an EXCELLENT resource to have in the house - I'd encourage anyone to buy it. Yes, I'm just a tad excited about this. I'd given up hope of affording this set so I'm doing the happy dance all over the house right now.
I did not see that sale on the amazon link. Is the sale over or am I not seeing it correctly? I did see that special on the Oxford University Press website though.

It's out of stock on the OUP site. I ordered it in case it comes in off back order. If anyone decides to do that, they don't charge your card right away (obviously). The total with shipping would be $48.61.
