A little girl in our homeschool group fell off a horse and hit her head on a pipe a few weeks ago while riding with her daddy for her 6th bday. Her daddy immediatly prayed over her. She got up and walked into her house and her mama prayed over her as well.. They went ahead and took her in to the dr to be checked out and was told all was well. She had no symptoms of concussion or any other issues. Later that evening The mom felt a strong urge that she needed to take her to be checked out better..Even though she didn't notice any sort of problems. She took her to the ER here.. They didn't think there was anything wrong because her cognitive skills were fine, but did a CT scan just to be sure.. They found a 6CM blood clot on her brain and that her brain was shifted because of it. Immediatly she was taken to a bigger hospital and went into brain surgery.. The dr came out and said that she had a torn artery in her temple area and that the little girl would not have made it 6 hours past the accident... He was amazed that she was still functioning normally with the severity of the accident. She has two plates in her head now and was dismissed from the hospital a few short days after the accident.. She was supposed to have swelling but she didn't.. GOD IS SO GOOD!! Prayer is POWERFUL! God is STILL On that throne and he still performs miracles..
