A few months back I asked prayer for a fellow MOPS momma who was in the hospital with Congestive Heart Failure. It is with a heavy heart today that I ask prayers for her husband, daughter, and son. Unfortunately the rest of her body was just too weak to continue fighting. After months of ups and downs, of improvements and set backs last night she suffered a massive stroke ( the VAD caused clotting, the blood thinners caused her liver to bleed), and this afternoon she went home to be with Jesus. She was loving and sweet, and full of life, always thinking of others before herself, and celebrating everything always. Tonight she will celebrate with her creator, as we here mourn her loss, and yet celebrate that she is no longer suffering or bound by her physical limitations.
I remember that post. So sad. How old are the kids? I don't remember that part. I hope they'll seek comfort in God, who is the only source of true comfort.
The little girl is 4 (she had a heart transplant herself just 2 years ago) and the little boy is 6 months old.
