A few months ago, I had posted about some housing drama that was taking place in my life. We now have a conclusion to the story. My MIL would like for us to buy the house from her. We will take over the payments from May 1. My husband's grandmother will move into the mobile home when it is ready. It is a little nerve-wracking to consider that we will have a house payment again. We will still need to remodel here, as well as provide flooring and a septic tank and cosmetic fixups to the mobile home, which will cost money, of course. And we still have outstanding debt from past medical bills and moving, on the credit card. Of course, the rising costs of gas and food as well. All of this makes me nervous. But at least we know now....what we will be doing regarding our housing situation. Everyone will have a roof over our heads; and MIL will not be stressed out about the mortgage anymore. Please pray for us here!
