Has anyone ever ordered through them before? I ordered some science curriculum through there almost 2 months ago, and I have heard or received NOTHING. I got my order confirmation, as well as my confirmation from paypal, but other than that, they have been silent. I have even emailed them twice now, but no response. If anyone has ordered with them before, is this typical, or should I try to get my money back?
Mark Roth is a standup guy, just extremely busy. I used to order from him, and never really had any trouble at all, ever. However, I found that it just worked out better to order my R&S stuff from www.rodandstaffbooks.com and my CLE stuff directly from www.clp.org. Have you tried contacting Mark Roth any other way? There may be something in the way, like a mission trip, or a health problem. He sends to you after receiving from R&S or CLE, so the delay may not be solely his. Or maybe something happened to it after it left him.

The delay isn't a huge problem for me right now, but after almost 2 months without hearing anything, I was starting to get worried that I was just getting my money taken. Now that I have heard something, I am okay to wait a little while longer, if that is what it takes. We are doing something else for science at the moment, and probably won't start our R&S stuff until sometime in December anyway. Thanks for your response!
