Sami is way ahead in reading and is getting grumpy about reading. So, I decided to entice her with computer games... LOL So far it's working. I found Studydog.com and downloaded all their free software... Got the classroom version so all the kids I'm watching can play it too.

I just wondered if anyone here had used it?

Yes. Someone here had suggested it to me for Phillip. He use to do it a lot, but not too much any more. There were a few things I wasn't too thrilled about, but then, there's never gonna be a program that I like perfectly! He didn't mind it! He did both levels 1 and 2.

I'm not "thrilled" with all ther references to potions, but both Sami and Savannah are excited about it. (they were both getting grumpy about reading) I'm happy to see them excited about reading again... but don't want to have to "unteach" stuff either. What parts bothered you?

I honestly don't remember, it's been so long. I just felt some of the stuff was unnecisarily difficult or complicated.
