The hard part is convincing DH that it's REALLY CLEAN without soap! We had a lady come once and wanted to help clean. I told her that stoneware was like cast iron when it came to cleaning...NO SOAP! She says her husband says the same thing, but she ALWAYS uses soap on his skillet when he's not looking! I'm a camper from way back when, so Dad taught me how to care for the cast iron stuff.

Yea Jackie I had the same problem as dh thinking it was clean without soap. I have every piece of stoneware and almost everything pamper chief makes. I had tons and tons of partys and won alot of the stuff. Didn't have to buy much. The only thing I have question on our the stoneware, I haven't use it since.

Then you might consider selling it at a garage sale, or pass it on to friends who would use them. I know they are really bulky and take up lots of space just storing them. I asked to borrow one from a friend once because I was going to have lots of people and so I needed two of something. Instead, she gave me a different piece to keep, because someone had bought one for her right after she had just purchased the same piece. Boy, did I feel blessed!

Thanks for the thought! I'm sure you'll be able to find someone down there who would love your stones! I have a friend who is having a party in a few weeks, and I already told DH that I would be ordering the Christmas present he's getting me this year, LOL!
