We are thinking of moving from NY state to Oregon and I am wondering if it is easier or harder to homeschool there. In NY I declare I am homeschooling then send in an IHIP and a very short report every quarter. We only have to test every other year. I started to check the laws, but they are so hard to read. I thought I would come here first.

I agree go to hslda. They have section their about your state laws. They told me a couple years ago that NY was the hardest state to hs in so Oregon shouldn't be as hard.
