I love wearing my baby. She's the best accessory ever!!!I had a Posh Papoose for a long time but it got water damaged/mildewed. I have another one very similar now. DD is 27 months old and there are no signs of losing the sling anytime soon.

That's my only regret about having twins. (If I could say it that way.) I definitely cannot wear my girls as much but they walk so that's okay with me too. With the others the stroller was a foreign concept but with the girls, it's a must. Their sling riding days are long gone!

I originally bought a wrap for Aiden, and he hated it. I also bought a sling. Hated that too. We returned them and finally got him a plain ole Snuggli and he llikes that. Wheeeew! I also got a hip hammock that he seems to enjoy but he needs to grow just a tad yet for it.

Make your own baby 'bum' wipe solutions:

Mix the ingredients in a spray bottle and use with flannel wipes or papertowels.

You can use an empty commercial wipes container. Place the flannel wipes in the container, then then add the solution. Use just enough solution to moisten. Extra solution can generally be kept refrigerated.
    or
Cut a roll of paper towels in half. Remove the cardboard tube, place in container and add solution.

    Recipes:
    1.
    1/2 cup baby oil
    1/2 cup baby wash
    2 cups water

    2.
    2 tablespoons oil
    2 tablespoons baby wash
    1 1/2 cups water

    3.
    1/8 cup baby wash
    8 drops lavender oil
    4 drops tea tree oil
    2 cups water

    4.
    1/8 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon baby shampoo
    4 drops tea tree oil
    8 drops lavender oil
    3 cups water

    5.
Lanolin and glycerine moisturize without oil.
    1 tablespoon liquid glycerine
1/4 teaspoon liquid lanolin (100% pure)
    1 tablespoon baby wash
    1-3 drops EO
    4 cups water

    6.
    1 tablespoon baby oil
    1 tablespoon baby soap
    1 tablespoon baby lotion
    1 cup water

    7.
1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin not necessary)
    1/8 cup gentle baby bath
A few drops tea tree oil
    4 cups water

    8.
    1-2 drops tea tree oil
    1-2 drops lavender oil
    1 cup water

    9.
    2 cups water
    2 tsp. baby shampoo
    1/4 cup aloe vera gel
    1 tbsp. calendula oil
    5 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops tea tree essential oil

I normally used a half roll of paper towel and had a box of pre cut squares beside it, with no solution. This was so much more economical than purchasing wipes at the store.

For our wipes I used a disposable container filled with baby washcloths rolled up. To that I added:
    1 cup water
16 squirts (from a spray bottle, lol) aloe
A few drops of Tea Tree Oil
    Splash of vinegar

Mix these things together and pour evenly on top of washcloths.

Now that we are officially potty trained (WOO HOO) those days are over. I'm getting ready to sell my whole cloth stash

Thanks for the extra recipe! Yikes!! Getting rid of them! I don't believe I could ever to that. I am hoping to do/make something out of them. They are all so thicksoftcushyandwonderful! :) Maybe you can some one as a momento, or for the kids to play with; they make great diapers for baby dolls or blankets.
