I've been out there barbecuing nearly every other day. Make the most of the comparatively warm whether while it lasts. We've been having burgers, burgers, burgers....

    (Know the feeling?)

Here in Texas, it just got COOL enough to grill! No one wants to stand over a grill when it's 110 degrees! I guess we get a little spoiled down here. There have been many times we have smoked turkeys outside for Christmas! I can almost use the grill year around. Tonight in fact, I'm grilling pork chops. Last night was grilled chicken. I'm pretty tired of burgers, though LOL.

LOL, well you're further down, and it's the reverse, I guess!.

We don't get tired of burgers, though.... (Especially if we can get some good burger deals at the supermarket.)

I am grilling fish tonight. I hate fish (battered and fried is ok, fish sticks are ok, other fish not so much), so I am trying a marinade from my grill book to see if it will make it taste good enough for me to have a little. Now, I just have to get over touching the stuff to get it out of the bag and into the marinade. Maybe I just hate preparing fish.

Oh, and grilling yellow squash. Anytime I grill a meat, I make sure to take advantage of having the grill on and grill a veggie or potato slices.
