It's a good one. It was on my list of books to choose in my children's lit class. It was good I read it in about 2 days!!! Kept my interest!!

JACKIE...I loved the adventures of Bruno & Boots as well!

Jackie- do you remember who wrote The Mad Scientist Club? I could only find a newer paperback with a similar name....

    Thanks!

Also, please share other ideas for book clubs. My librarian started one (at my request and it's awesome!!)- she holds it at the library once a month for boys and girls ages 4th-8th grade. We are trying to put our heads together for this year. Last year, the kids picked what book they wanted to read and talked about those- my sons read a couple of books they might not have tried because someone their age recommended it!

    Thanks again!

Speaking of libraries and books.. did you know that schools and home schools can have a special deal with libraries to rent longer and have no late dues? I Just found this out and am filling out the form to turn in!
    Wee!

    Thank you Jackie!!

Our library has only a two week checkout, but are great about renewing with a phone call for another two weeks. We just have a small-town library though. They can call me if they need to up their circulation numbers- lol!

Well, the libraries here started doing this recently, but I didn't realize it was a bigger thing than just city-wide. They said they've done it for teachers for a long time; implemented it for homeschoolers last month.
