First, thank you all again for your prayers on that situation. All reports were filed w/the military police, nothing has come of it, but we understand "through the grapevine" that it's on "record" and if another incident occurs then action will be taken. It's a very large base we live on, so there must be alot going on. I thought of the Boy Scout lost (&found) in the woods (N.C.) recently, who wanted to hitchhike home. He didn't go on the hike that morning w/the other boys...what do you think? Was he possibly being bullied, whether by exclusion, name-calling, something?? It was the first thing that came to my mind.
I hope your situation gets worked out. I thought is was strange that he skipped the hike. I don't know about being bullied but my first instinct was that something wasn't right about it.
