Oh goodness!! Praying here for sure. Wow 4 hours into the trip? My calculations put them near Austin but I could be wrong. I wish I lived closer so I could offer them a place to stay!

I hope they're not discouraged! Yes, Lorna, if you talk to her again, please let her know that we love her and her family, and are sending hugs her way, and prayers God's way!!! :love:

 

They are near Dallas from what she said and staying in the RV at a truck stop/

oh boy, I hope they can get it fixed up , at least they have showers at truck stops and food and all that....

 

I wish she could get on here so we could see how they are doing. I don't know if they had to be in Minnesota by a certain date for jobs or anything. Does anyone remember? I know she was worried about her sister too. All I can think to do is keep the prayers coming for her and her family. Beth

 

I will try to call again this weekend and see what I can find out. She did have a job lined up at a campground and her sister was to have surgery this week sometime but I can't remember the date. I don't figure they made it.

LOrna if she had her car she may have gone on ahead to be there for her sister, and let hubby take care of the RV? do you think?

 

Her sister's surgery is April 25th unless they changed it again. One of the doctors was going to be out of town and there were some more tests they wanted her to have done first. Still praying for them all. Beth

 

What a way to spend Passover and Resurrection weekend! But probably Kris and her husband will find creative ways to make it meaningful. I'm hoping that she'll have blessings to tell us about when she gets back on here. Their safety during the breakdown is already one miracle. I pray that all the details will be taken care of, that they'll have chances to share about the goodness of God, and that when they finally get to their destination that even the timing will be OK.

 

That is exactly what dh and I were discussing last night. She has been in our prayers.

I was hoping to get on here when I got back to see they had made it safely and are doing well.
