Just going through some old photos and stumbled upon a homeschool project we did when the kids were little. Chinook was a stuffed dog from Washington state. The family sent him across the country and we all took pictures of him touring our local landmarks and places of interest. We then made scapbook pages of our visit and sent Chinook on to his next destination. I was thinking that the project originated on Homeschoolspot. Anyone remember that, and if so, who started that project? Thanks!
Deena! That's right! I knew I could count on you, Jackie, to remember. We had so much fun with that project. I had forgotten that we took Chinook to be groomed and get his health certificate to travel. I wish I was as organized as others. I'd start up another project like that for my own kids.
