Yes, they are different but we are ending week 3 and its going well. Already one is ahead in one subject than the other but still using the same materials. My dual are complete opposite of how you describe boys n girls. My DS is such a list boy too and prefers to get it all done ASAP so he can go off and play. DD is the one I have to practically hold down to teach.
