I have 2 stacks of construction paper (from Costco), what do you do to store your constuction paper? Would love some ideas. Thank you.
I just put them on a shelf. But I've no doubt that you could get a plastic container that they'd fit nicey in!
Yep: hanging file in a file crate. (I store all paper that way. Some things, like card stock, I have file folders in the hanging folders with the paper in each by color. I also store loose-leaf, graph paper, stationary, photo paper, etc. the same way. Just makes sense to "file" it all. And it's easy to look down and grab exactly which paper you want.)
Construction paper is in file folders (not the hanging kind) by color, and then neatly stacked on a shelf. This however may change since we are moving and when I move I rearrange EVERYTHING. I'm liking Amie's idea....I may need some hanging file folders for the crates I already have.
The only reason I use hanging folders and not regular folders for the construction paper is that we always have too much to fit in regular folders. ha!
I keep all the crafty stuff in the bins/drawers that stack.... I have 2 right next to the computer table.... moslty its card making stuff and scrapbook stuff, but thats what the kids go for anyway when we make cards etc... we are beyond the actual construction paper stage.
Thank you all for your ideas, I really like the magazine holder idea. I knew you'd all be able to help. Thank you! : )
I like the magazine holder idea too! I have mine in a drawer and the kids are always dragging a bunch out trying to get a color that is on the bottom.
