This year (so far) I'm getting by with spending only about $68 on new stuff (consumables). As far as I know, we'll only have the one student (to start, anyway), and I have tons of pencils, looseleaf, erasers, spiral notebooks, crayons and color pencils, folders, etc. already, left over from previous years.

I have R&S English, science (3 textbook courses and several "other stuff" to choose from), Lifepac Bible, state history (old ps texts and internet research), and CLE reading already on the shelf. All I needed to buy was 2 Lifepacs to complete the Bible, CLE math lightunits, Christian Liberty spelling, Pentime handwriting, and a couple of state maps (that totaled all of 85c!).

I MAY need to get a few more dry erase markers during the year, glue sticks, but that'll be about it! WooHoo! Oh, and maybe some printer ink - we'll see.

Oh, and I found out that Pentime workbooks are cheaper from CLE than from Rainbow!

    Awesome!!

We'll be spending quite a bit more than that, but FAR LESS than we would have if I hadn't invested in 'resources' last winter.
