I recently bought this kit at a wonderful price. However, when we got home we realized it does not have 3 parts in the box (the 2 pc of the power pod & battery holder). I have called the company and they do not sell extra parts. Terrible customer service considering how big the company is. Anyhow, does anyone have this kit and are not using the motor/power pod. Maybe your child played so much with this kit that you have broken or missing parts but you didn't want to throw it out. This kit is for making robots.

They shouldn't sell you the extra parts anyway, they should GIVE them to you, since you didn't receive them in your kit! Can you take it back and try another, or just go with something else?

It was bought at a goodwill store for 4.99. Retail is 29.95. I was hoping to find someone whose kids have played theirs to pieces. I can take it back, just trying to find parts. I am so disappointed in the company. They sell quality products but they are pricey. Wish they sold replacement parts

Is there an electronics shop near you, such as Radio Shack? If so, take it in there and you might be able to buy what you need. I bought a microscope once for $5 at a garage sale. I didn't expect it to be in top condition, but I DID expect it to work some. And the lens was TOTALLY blocked! I was so frustrated with that!

call the company back, don't tell them where you got it and tell them you want the parts only. They should just send them to you.
I have done it before with other things I have bought at garage sales or goodwill and would call the company and tell them I purchase this and this was missing and wanted the parts or thing that was missing and had no trouble.

Thanks for all your suggestions. I'll get working on it this week.
