Now what? It's official. I am done homeschooling my children. I have one starting classes at a local college soon and one starting next fall semester. The last one is only seventeen so she has to wait to go away for school. My other two children, sadly have decided to do other things. I have an attic and part of a garage full of school stuff. As soon as it cools down I will be purging the attic. It's amazing how much stuff you collect and store.

Good luck and many blessings for the rest of you.

I don't know yet. I have a few thoughts going on in my head but don't quite know how to execute them yet. I crave learning, so I might want to do some type of schooling. Praying for God's direction and guidance.

Horrible of me to say, but I am so exhausted and broke right now, I am a little jealous. But I am sure it is bittersweet for you. (((hugs)))

Wow. Job well done, mom. It will be a long time before I'm done, because we are homeschooling our grandson, who is just entering 4th grade, and waiting to start with his little brother. I'm just hoping to live long enough in good-enough shape to finish both through high school! I'm sure some worthwhile project will capture your imagination and you'll take off with it!

that's pretty awesome and I could see how it could be a LOT worrisome! I remember when all of mine started public school..and I sorta felt like "well, that sure went a lot faster than they said it would! " lol...I guess that's why the idea of homeschooling them didn't seem far fetched. I hope you have adventure and excitement in your next phase of life!
