I am confused about something and was hoping someone might be able to answer my question.
Recently my daughter decided to sell her American Girl dolls so we listed them on ebay. When the auctions ended 3 of the items were eligible for second chance offers. I don't understand why this is because all three had buyers? What makes an auction eligible for this and should I do it even though I had buyers? As of now 2 of them have not paid, but one has and the item has been shipped.
Anyhow, if anyone can help me I would be thrilled!

Being eligible for a "second chance offer" just means that you had other bidders that were over your reserve price (if you didn't have a reserve price, it just meant you had other bidders.) If for some reason your buyers don't pay, you can go through the non-paying bidder reporting process, and at the end of it you can offer the dolls to your other bidders at the highest amounts they bid. Or you can just relist them. Hopefully that won't happen, though, and your bidders will pay. :)

Okay, now that makes sense. I thought maybe the buyers had canceled out on me or something. Thank you for explaining it for me. :)
